Sleep

Sleep is necessary for good health.

However, By the Ministry of public Management's investigation (soumusyou),
in the past 20 years, the japanese sleeping time are shortest record recentry.
especially, 45~49age is the shortest . The hour is 7hours 9 minitues.

But they also found working time is increase.
It expresses the japanese are working people.



What would you like to do even if you have less sleeping time ?

No.1 is PC, internet
No.2 is game
No.3 is priority to sleep
No.4 is doing nothing
No.5 is DVD , Video
No.6 is work ,study

Sleep is more important than eat.
if you don't have sleep, obstacle the circulatory system and immumity.
And, if you don't sleep in10-20hour at all, your life is very dengerous.
Some scientists say 7 hours sleeping people lead a long time life.
but 4 hours or below is less half 7 hours sleeping.
